Job Description

You are a detail-oriented and proactive Key Account Executive Operations responsible for managing and coordinating interactions between vendors and clients. Your role involves ensuring all operational activities adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), overseeing the quality and timeliness of deliverables, and fostering strong working relationships with stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for both vendors and clients, facilitating smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners, monitoring day-to-day operational tasks to ensure SOP compliance, tracking and reporting progress on key accounts for client satisfaction, utilizing Excel for record-keeping, data analysis, and report creation, following up on deliverables regularly and escalating issues when necessary, maintaining professional communication with stakeholders, handling basic documentation, and managing operational files. To excel in this role, you should possess decent communication skills, a good understanding of Excel including data entry, formulas, and formatting, have access to a laptop and be proficient in its daily use, demonstrate strong multitasking and time management abilities, be willing to work flexible hours including nights and longer shifts, and ideally have prior experience in operations or client/vendor coordination. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, offering a quarterly bonus. The work location is in person.,
