You are a detail-oriented and proactive Key Account Executive Operations responsible for managing and coordinating interactions between vendors and clients. Your role involves ensuring all operational activities adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), overseeing the quality and timeliness of deliverables, and fostering strong working relationships with stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for both vendors and clients, facilitating smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners, monitoring day-to-day operational tasks to ensure SOP compliance, tracking and reporting progress on key accounts for client satisfaction, utilizing Excel for record-keeping, data analysis, and report creation, following up on deliverables regularly and escalating issues when necessary, maintaining professional communication with stakeholders, handling basic documentation, and managing operational files. To excel in this role, you should possess decent communication skills, a good understanding of Excel including data entry, formulas, and formatting, have access to a laptop and be proficient in its daily use, demonstrate strong multitasking and time management abilities, be willing to work flexible hours including nights and longer shifts, and ideally have prior experience in operations or client/vendor coordination. As a Landscape Architect at AV Associates Studio in Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse landscape projects including campus, residential, and commercial developments across South India. You will work closely with the design lead to develop landscape concepts, drawings, planting strategies, and site details. Your role will involve supporting design concepts, layouts, and master plans, developing drawings, planting plans, and construction details, preparing presentation boards, diagrams, and 3D visuals, assisting in client/vendor coordination and site visits, contributing to material sourcing and documentation, and being part of a collaborative design process that values context and clarity. We are looking for a candidate with a Degree/Diploma in architecture or a Masters in Landscape Architecture or Architecture, along with at least 3 years of professional experience in landscape design. Strong design and visualization skills, good knowledge of planting, materials, and detailing, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign), and an interest in site-responsive, ecologically sensitive design are essential for this role.
