You are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to provide support and streamline daily operational tasks across various departments. The role requires coordination, analytical thinking, and a structured problem-solving approach. This opportunity is specifically open to B.Tech, B.Sc, or BCA graduates who possess strong organizational and technical skills and aspire to establish a career in operations and process management. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of business processes. You will collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, HR, and Finance to enhance workflow efficiency. Tracking, reporting, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for informed decision-making will be a key aspect of your role. Maintaining records, documentation, and data entries for operational tasks, along with upholding company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), is crucial. Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly and assisting in operational strategy planning and execution are also part of your duties. Additionally, you will support procurement, inventory control, logistics, and vendor management as needed, prepare reports, and present findings to the management team. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, where applicable, is essential.
