Role Overview: As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting and streamlining daily operational tasks across various departments. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with internal departments, tracking and analyzing key performance indicators, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures. This position requires strong organizational and technical skills, making it an ideal opportunity for B.Tech, B.Sc, or BCA graduates seeking to build a career in operations and process management. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of business processes. - Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, HR, Finance) to facilitate efficient workflow. - Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making. - Maintain records, documentation, and data entries for operational tasks. - Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner. - Assist in the planning and execution of operational strategies and initiatives. - Support procurement, inventory control, logistics, and vendor management where applicable. - Prepare reports and present findings to the management team. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (if applicable).
