Operation Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our Assisted Living Home at Ganapathy, Coimbatore. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, timely service delivery, and coordinating with staff and vendors to provide a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the facility.
• Oversee timely and efficient food delivery and service quality.
• Monitor staff punctuality and discipline.
• Manage inventory, stock records, and daily facility logs.
• Prepare and maintain records, including invoice raising and basic documentation.
• Liaise with electricians, plumbers, and external vendors to ensure uninterrupted facility functioning.
• Run errands as required for the facility.
• Report to the Operations Manager on daily activities and escalate issues when necessary.
• Be available after office hours in case of emergencies.

Qualifications

• Any graduate (freshers may apply).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of record-keeping and vendor coordination preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges proactively.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Salary: ₹18,000 per month
