Operation Executive

As a Tour Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing travel and tour services to ensure seamless operations for our clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in representing our company at various conferences and meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Design and organize personalized travel itineraries and tour packages for clients. - Liaise with tour guides, transportation services, and accommodation providers to ensure the smooth execution of tour packages. - Handle client inquiries, resolve travel issues, and provide exceptional customer support. - Assist clients with travel documentation, including visas, passports, and travel insurance. - Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and meetings to stay updated on trends and expand professional networks. - Maintain records and prepare reports on tour operations and client feedback. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in travel and tour operations or a similar role. - Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in travel planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Travel: Willingness to travel for conferences and meetings as required.
