Essential skills and experience: Candidates should have hands-on experience with Unix/Linux platforms, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, MDM technology, various support tools (Nagios, Confluence, Dynatrace, etc.), FTP/SFTP, DNS, Remedy 9, and web technologies, along with ITIL Foundation awareness and strong conversational English.
Educational qualifications: A bachelors degree in telecommunications or computer engineering is essential, along with 2-3 years of IT or VAS experience, a technical support operations background, and familiarity with Unix and OCI.
Behavioral and personality traits: The role requires strong communication skills, leadership and team handling experience, adherence to Vodafone’s values such as speed, simplicity, trust, innovation, customer obsession, ambition, and cultural adaptability in a multicultural environment.
Banding and grading information: The role has a medium scale of influence as a team member, supports specific projects like BALI, has no direct customer impact but is operationally important, involves limited risk, requires 2-4 years of experience including expertise in Oracle Identity Manager, and demands individual thinking and judgment for stakeholder and people management.
