Job Description

  • Administrative support: Perform a wide array of administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, document management, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordination and scheduling: Manage schedules and calendars for the operations team. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Logistics and inventory: Assist with logistics, such as coordinating with vendors and suppliers, tracking inventory, and managing office supplies. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external parties, handling inquiries and facilitating communication between departments.
  • Reporting: Compile data and assist in preparing operational reports and presentations for management.
  • Process improvement: Assist with the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Customer service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications and skills Education: A high school diploma or GED is typically required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field often preferred.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role is often desired.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software, database management, and other operational software is a plus.
  • Soft skills: Organizational skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Capability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and tasks.
