Ownership of Documentation, Login Application and Disbursement of Home Loan, Balance Transfer and Loan Against Property. Engaging with lenders and borrowers regarding queries and helping with timely resolutions. Measure and reporting TAT at every step to ensuring that the files are disbursed as per TAT and Policy. Delegate duties to internal and external team members for overall success. Ensuring an ever evolving customer centric approach for quick resolution of all queries and complaints.
