Operation Analyst

You will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical and will assist in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Your role will involve boosting vendor compliance, reducing savings erosion, and enhancing discount capture using preferred methods. Additionally, you will be responsible for the accounting of goods and services, including requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving, as well as overseeing the order sequence of procurement and the financial process end to end. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, interacting with peers within the organization, and updating supervisors. While you may have limited exposure to clients and/or management, you will receive moderate-level instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Order to Cash Processing, dispute resolution, and invoice processing. It is essential to be well-versed in basic statistics and business terms to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
