Job Description

As an Enterprise Content Management Architect at Capgemini, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining architectural documentation, design blueprints, and technical specifications for all xECM implementations. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting and optimizing system performance, designing and architecting OpenText xECM solutions, integrating xECM with core enterprise systems, leading project teams through solution design, and ensuring compliance with governance policies and best practices in ECM. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and collaborate with team members to promote knowledge sharing. Qualifications required for this role include: - 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management, with at least 3-5 years in OpenText xECM - Proficiency in OpenText products (xECM, Content Suite) and integration with systems like SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft - Experience in relevant programming languages such as Java, .NET, or ABAP - Strong understanding of database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle - Ability to manage projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively in cross-functional teams Working at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career with a range of career paths and internal opportunities within the Capgemini group.
