OpenShift Engineers

As a seasoned OpenShift Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade container platforms using Red Hat OpenShift. Your role will involve modernizing application infrastructure, enabling CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability and security across cloud-native environments. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and deploying scalable OpenShift clusters across hybrid cloud environments. - Migrating legacy applications to containerized platforms using OpenShift and Kubernetes. - Implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI. - Monitoring cluster health, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting deployment issues. - Collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline application delivery. - Enforcing security best practices including RBAC, secrets management, and compliance. - Automating infrastructure using tools like Ansible, Helm, and Terraform. - Maintaining documentation and providing training/support to internal teams. Required Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering. - 3+ years working with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes. - Proficiency in containerization tools (Docker, Podman). - Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Groovy). - Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana). - Solid understanding of Linux system administration and networking. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
