OpenShift Administrator

As a skilled professional in cloud technologies with over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and deploying Red Hat OpenShift clusters across primary and secondary Datacenters. Your role will involve integrating OpenShift with storage, networking, and backup solutions, as well as managing and maintaining OpenShift environments to ensure optimal performance and stability. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for containerized workloads, automating deployment and management tasks using tools like Helm and other DevOps tools, and optimizing OpenShift environments for performance and scalability. Additionally, you will play a key role in capacity planning, providing recommendations for future growth, and collaborating with security teams to implement container security policies while ensuring compliance with Datacenter security best practices. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining familiarity with primary and secondary Datacenter operations, including failover mechanisms and redundancy, as well as utilizing hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and SolarWinds to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to OpenShift and containerized applications. To excel in this role, you must hold relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration and Kubernetes Certified Administrator (CKA). Your skills should include expertise in Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift, proficiency in Helm and DevOps tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI, a solid understanding of Datacenter security best practices, hands-on experience with monitoring tools, and a strong grasp of networking and storage concepts.
