PDM Productivity Support Analyst About the Role This role will be crucial in ensuring smooth partner operations, efficient deal management, including demand generation, account mapping and collaborating with cross functional teams. They will also work to pipeline hygiene, sales ops support activities and deal qualification process. Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting Key Responsibilities Support the Sales and PMD team with account mapping Provide support to partners regarding the Partner program, including answering questions, resolving issues, and removing roadblocks Track and follow up on support tickets submitted by partners, ensuring timely resolution and communication. Manage the process of submitting and obtaining approvals for funding requests (DAF/PSF), ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Assist with the onboarding of new partners, ensuring a seamless experience and providing necessary resources and training Support the management of sales opportunities, including tracking progress, generating reports and ensuring data accuracy Identify and connect partners with the appropriate Google PoCs for specific needs. Maintain the integrity of partner data within the Vector system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Process deal registrations, ensuring compliance with program rules and tracking deal status. Provide support to partners with console-related issues and inquiries. Assist with the planning and organization of partner meetings and events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up. Provide support to partners with billing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring timely payment processing. Qualifications +5 years of experience in sales operations, partner management, or a related role in a B2B SaaS industry Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Vector). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with funding management processes is a plus. Experience with partner programs and onboarding is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field preferred
