Customer Support Team Lead
Location: GurugramExperience Required: Prior experience in Customer Support, Team Handling, People Management, with strong Stakeholder Management skills

Eligibility: Women professionals who have taken a career break of at least 1 year after maternity leave and are now ready to rejoin the workforce

Role Requirements:
• Prior experience in Customer Support (Voice & Chat process)• Strong background in Team Handling & People Management• Excellent Stakeholder Management experience• Comfortable working from office (5 days a week)• Comfortable working in rotational shifts• Cab facility will be provided
