Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 68 credentialing professionals.
Oversee service delivery for a span of 40 clients.
Ensure timely and accurate work allocation, tracking productivity and reporting results to leadership.
Prepare decks, reports, and data presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct audits of credentialing files, applications, and processes to ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory compliance.
Perform in-depth research to identify and execute appropriate resolutions.
Address deficiencies proactively and maintain accurate quality logs and performance records.
Collaborate with leadership to coach, mentor, and upskill team members.
Review and validate SOPs and process documentation regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and vendors.
Strong ability to give and receive performance feedback constructively.
Experience in raising and managing escalations.
Research and problem-solving skills to address issues during credentialing.
Proficiency in basic computer software and understanding of database structures.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and leadership groups.
