Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving issues using the Chat/E-mail platform and integrated tools.
  • Expertise in using the Chat/E- mail platform including its various features and integrations wherever required.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills along with problem-solving ability which are essential for clear and effective customer interaction.
  • The ability to analyse customer issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions is crucial.
  • A proven ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other departments or external partners. 
  • Shift timings: Monday to Friday ( 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm). Fixed week off on Saturdays and Sundays.

Candidate Eligibility :

  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Candidates with 1- 2 years experience in Chat/ E- mail support.
  • Immediate Joiners only.
