We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Noida office.

Job Details:

• Location: Noida (Work from Office)
• Qualification: Undergraduate fresher can apply
• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
• Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational week off
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates
• Communication: Fluent English is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Provide excellent service and support to customers across various channels
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Fluent in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
