Opening: Full Stack Developer (Work From Home)

• Build and scale full-stack applications (frontend + backend).
• Work on

  MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

  with TypeScript.
• Develop and integrate APIs for real-world use cases.
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team on technical decisions.
• Experiment with AI/ML integrations (optional, if interested).

• Ownership-driven, not task-driven.
• Someone who codes because they love it—not because they “have to.”

• MERN Stack proficiency

  (React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB).

• TypeScript

  knowledge (mandatory).
• Good understanding of DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and responsive UI development.
• (Bonus) Python or AWS experience.

• Probation Period (3 Months):

  ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on skill level).

• Full-Time Conversion:

  ₹3 – ₹5 LPA (performance-based).
