We do have an excellent job opportunity for the position of Store and logistic executive with one of esteem client in Peenya _bangalore

Location

1. Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate with Relevance Experience.
  • Diploma holders with strong experience in manufacturing may also be considered.

JD Store Executive

  1. Overseeing and managing daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Handling the opening and closing of the store.
  3. Managing and monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, including inward and outward activities and returns.
  5. Assisting in proper accounting and documentation of incoming and returned products.
  6. Managing packing changes, and handling damaged products and returns.
  7. Managing inventory effectively to avoid mismatch between physical to system stock
  8. Daily reconciliation of received product quantity with purchase orders.
  9. Maintaining reports on pending and returned products.
  10. Ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.
  11. Supervising and guiding store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  12. Assisting in staff training and development.
  13. Collaborating with other departments like procurement, operations, and accounts to ensure smooth workflows.
  14. Reporting potential issues to higher management.
  15. Preparing reports on store operations and inventory performance.
  16. Collecting invoices and submitting them to the Accounts team.
  17. Coordinating and overseeing the transportation of goods, including planning and scheduling shipments.
  18. Liaising with carriers, freight forwarders for local deliveries
  19. Monitoring delivery times and tracking shipments to ensure on-time arrival.
  20. Creating the GRNs n ERP and submitting the same to quality department.
  21. Release of Fabrication orders on ERP as per production planning and issue of material
  22. Maintaining store cleanliness and ensuring safety standards are met.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedule staff, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Working knowledge of ERP packages.

Days : 6 days

Timing : 9AM to 6:30 PM
