Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, safety guidelines, and manufacturing procedures. Process documents readiness in line with IATF 16949 requirements.
Good knowledge of machining ,grinding ,induction hardening process.

Design new processes or modify existing ones to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and meet regulatory standards. (Process designing, Tool and Gauge designing for new and existing product and process).

Oversee the implementation of new processes, ensuring they scale effectively from development to full production.

Continuously monitor and improve processes to enhance output, maintain quality, and lower costs. Process validation and machine capability monitoring and improvement plans.
Industry 4.0 implementation with digitalisation of manual process.

Preferred candidate profile

7-11 yrs expereince in manufacturing or process engineering
