Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for insurance processes, including mapping, TNI (Training Needs Identification), and TTT (Training Transfer).
Develop and maintain training materials, such as manuals, guides, and presentations.
Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills related to insurance processing.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that meet business objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Mapping experience is mandatory
