In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead and manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle across multiple automotive software projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, quality, and customer
teams to ensure timely defect resolution.
Drive defect triage meetings, root cause analysis, and resolution planning.
Maintain and track defect metrics, trends, and KPIs using tools like PowerBI and Jira Devstack.
Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) processes and standards.
Identify and mitigate risks related to defect accumulation and project quality.
Provide regular status updates and dashboards to internal stakeholders and customers.
Coordinate with global teams and manage customer expectations effectively.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in defect and quality management processes.
