Requirements for this role include:

• Educational Background: A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT), BHMS, or B. Pharm is required.

• Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with MS Office Suite is necessary for effective communication and documentation.
• Experience:

  Previous experience ranging from 2 to 8 years in medical records summarization or a related field is preferred.

• Medical Knowledge: Possess excellent medical knowledge, including a strong grasp of medical terminologies and complex disease conditions.
• Analytical Abilities: Display a keen analytical mindset, enabling you to process and extract key information from medical records.
• Flexibility: Adapt to varying work schedules, including day, night, and weekend shifts, to ensure continuous coverage.
• Attention to Detail: Showcase a meticulous attention to detail to maintain accuracy and quality in summarizing medical records.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and discussing medical cases.
