Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Receiving purchase requests/ items usage from the user departments on regular basis.
Receiving consignment/ Invoice stocks from vendors on regular basis.
Sending purchase orders to the respective vendors.
Checking and receiving the items given by the vendor.
Returning the unused implants to the respective vendor on regular basis.
Receiving invoices from the vendor for used items and GRN made for the same.
Sending the finished invoices to audit/accounts department for payment.
Collection of quotations from each manufacturers on yearly basis for regular items.
Workout the new quotation with old quotation and compare the rate with margin.
If any new product is required, quotation will be collected for the same.
Follow up with vendors, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
Price negotiation for all fast moving products on regular basis.
Liaise with warehouse staffs to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
Follow up with vendors regarding returns of Non-Moving and Short Expiry products.
Collecting FDA certificate for all products on regular basis.
Maintaining all records related to NABH.

Preferred candidate profile

Fair knowledge about Implants.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to cope up with pressure.

Good negotiating skills and computer skills.

Any Degree with relevant Minimum of 1 year Experience.
