This role involves building scalable AI systems using LangChain , RAG pipelines , and vector databases , with a focus on real-time inference through tools such as Groq . You will be part of a forward-thinking team working on cutting-edge AI solutions including conversational agents, intelligent automation tools, and knowledge-based enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable applications using LLMs like GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, or Falcon Develop and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for high-context accuracy Build modular AI agents using LangChain or similar frameworks Work with vector databases such as Pinecone and FAISS for semantic search and information retrieval Integrate real-time inference hardware such as Groq or similar accelerators Fine-tune LLMs for specific business domains and use cases Stay updated on advancements in NLP, TTS/STT, and AI performance optimization Collaborate with product, backend, and infrastructure teams to deliver production-grade solutions Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in Generative AI , LLMs, and NLP systems Deep expertise in LangChain , RAG architectures , and vector search technologies Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for AI pipeline development Experience with fine-tuning and deploying models such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, or Falcon Strong understanding of NLP , Speech-to-Text (STT) , Text-to-Speech (TTS) , and token optimization Familiarity with APIs and platforms like OpenAI , Hugging Face , or Anthropic Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with Groq or other real-time inference engines and AI accelerators Understanding of Prompt Engineering , RLHF , or MLOps practices Exposure to Multimodal AI (text, voice, image integration) Why Join Cogniter Technologies?
