Hi All, We are US headquartered MNC with Indian Head quarters at Noida, and presence in 22 states PAN India. We are hiring for GeM profile for Noida location. Interested candidates Share resume at seema.n@esolglobal.com Job Description GeM portal is in a phase of rapid change hence one of the key responsibilities will be to track the relevant changes in the portal and provide timely feedback to the management for informed decision making. Identify Tender and read eligibility criteria with technical and financial then prepare summary and send all the member for confirmation go head. Keeping records of all the Tenders published by department and uploading/submitting the general, technical, financial documents through online and offline platforms Manage bidding process form consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/ partners till bid is submit Arrange DD from accounts department for EMD, PBG, Tender Cost Processing fee for E- tendering and submit the same within given time period Documents scan & upload, BOQ- financial bid calculation Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions: Tender Search Bid Preparation - Technical Price Bid E - tendering / E - Bidding / Reverse Auctions / Live Auctions Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid Coordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in process of tenders Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis Follow up with Vendors/ OEM's/ departments/ clients Vendor Registration for Limited tenders Attending pre bid / post bid meetings with customers Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing/ new clients Tracking status of Tenders offers Track Tenders/ RFPs for new bids/ design competitions Follow up- All mail, (PBG)- Bank Guarantee, EMD Release, Material Dispatch, payment & other deductions Know how to make all documents required for bidding Tracking of EMD & Bank Guarantee Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience Familiar with techno-commercial bids & tenders Key Requirement 2 - 7 years of work experience with 2+ years in Tendering, Bid management and Proposal writing, bid management, Tendering with 2-7 years in handling GeM Bids, GeM Profile and GeM Catalogue. Knowledge of IT products and services is a must. Client handling and good communication skills are desirable Ready to travel to customer location on short notice. Good working knowledge on MS office, PPT, Excel, MS Project, Vision LocationNoida Sec 63 Working5 Days Week
