Location: VashiSalary: 25,000 - 40000 per monthOffice Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PMWeek Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays and all Sundays
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Vashi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Track and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences for lead generation.
Maintain CRM records and generate periodic reports.
Follow up with leads and negotiate terms effectively.
Provide regular feedback to management for business improvements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client queries efficiently.
Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
