Greetings !

We have an open position for Admin Executive at Passport Seva Kendra Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh)

Job Requirement :

Register maintenance Maintaining records in related registers for stock details and usage among others.
Vendor management - Performance monitoring, Escalation matrix and contact details of vendors including registration of new vendors.
Attendance records of associates and vendor staff.
Bill verification & payment Verifying bills with invoices and professing the same in coordination with Account section and TCS Admin and Finance Team.
Stationery & consumables budgeting for future procurements etc.
SLA measurement & monitoring As define by project guidelines. Up-to-date asset register with assets numbered
Mock drills - Fire, UPS & DG, AMC & Preventive maintenance of all assets, monitoring CCTV, PAS, Burglar alarm system, signages, fire extinguishers, etc.

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Candidate should have Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration role

2. Required Qualification : Any Graduation - Full-time

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Proficient in English and regional language

Candidates who have attended TCS interviews in the last 6 months need not apply.
