Open Collateral Senior Supervisor

As a Cash & Collateral Management Senior Supervisor, you will provide leadership and supervisory responsibility for medium-sized operational/administrative team(s) of clerical/support employees. You are expected to have a good understanding of procedures and concepts within your technical/subject area and a basic knowledge of other areas to comprehend how they relate to your own area. Your role involves improving process efficiencies in support of unit objectives and influencing decisions through advice, counsel, and facilitating services to others. - Responsible for the efficient and proper utilization of cash & collateral throughout the firm, and its subsidiaries, on both domestic and international levels - Analyze cash flow, use of cash capital and collateral, transfer of funds, bank account usage, bank compensation, and flow-through of funds - Establish controls for all cash & collateral movements and cash usage, coordinating activities with auditing functions - Arrange lock-box and/or other security/control systems in domestic and international locations - Develop and coordinate data processing systems related to cash management group and the entire treasury function along with the collateral operations group - Integrate a solid understanding of industry and business standards and practices of collateral and margin processes - Apply professional judgment, analytical thinking, and knowledge of data analysis tools to make recommendations for process improvement - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Emerging as an expert in a specific skill set, business area, or product with a focus on daily execution - Supervisory experience required - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience,
