OPD - Manager

You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring various initiatives and processes to achieve customer delight in a consistent manner. This includes maintaining various daily and month-end reports to track progress. You will also be tasked with monitoring the customer database to ensure correct information, preferences, and grievances are captured through the effective enforcement of the customer feedback system. Your role will involve closely monitoring all cash and credit transactions to ensure that accounting obligations are followed effectively. Additionally, you will need to ensure that any special requests from customers are fulfilled promptly and efficiently. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all equipment is in working order and maintain a smooth inventory of items required for day-to-day operations. In this position, you will handle VIP patients with health packages and coordinate with various departments to address patient queries. You will also be responsible for submitting monthly quality indicators and managing shift schedules effectively. Monitoring the due bill register will also be a part of your duties.
