Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Proficient in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation framework) and experience with NoSQL databases. Strong knowledge of Angular (preferably Angular 8+) for building dynamic and responsive UI components. Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Good understanding of authentication and security (JWT, OAuth, role-based access control). Expertise in integrating third-party services such as Azure AD, AWS. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to debug and optimize applications. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment (GCP/AWS). Experience in writing unit test cases using Jasmine/Karma or Jest for both frontend and backend Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git for version control. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop fixtures, jigs, gauges, and tooling using PTC Creo (formerly Pro/ENGINEER). Work closely with manufacturing engineers and production teams to understand requirements and develop optimized tool designs. Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and documentation for fabrication and assembly. Perform tolerance analysis and ensure compliance with GD&T standards. Participate in design reviews, FMEA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support prototype build and testing of fixtures, providing modifications based on feedback. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely fabrication and delivery of tools and fixtures. Ensure designs comply with safety and ergonomic standards.
