Location: Bangalore(Electronic City/Brookefield) Work Mode: Work From Office Employment: Permanent Qualification BE / B. Tech / MCA / ME / M. Tech in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering Experience Level 8 - 10 years Experience: We are seeking an IT Solution Architect. In this role, he will be responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive IT infrastructure and Integrated Solutions for applications for managed services delivery, ensure adherence to SLAs and security policies and provide technical expertise to clients. Responsibilities: 1. Technical Design and Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end systems and solutions for managing IT infrastructure and automating IT managed service delivery. System design should encompass understanding of network, servers (physical and virtual),Interfaces, integration, applications, Data flows, security, and operations 2. Drive Project & Requirement Understand the Technical, Functional and non-functional requirements Assess the technical feasibility, impact on the infrastructure & Identify potential bottlenecks and risks 3. Capacity Planning and Performance Tuning: Estimate resource requirements (CPU, memory, disk, network). Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities. Implement performance tuning techniques to improve response times and throughput. Ensure efficient use of infrastructure resources to support application performance. 4. Problem solver: Detect and diagnose issues that arise at the intersection of application and infrastructure. 5. Change Management and Deployment: Oversee application deployments and upgrades. Manage change requests and assess their impact on the infrastructure. 6. Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards. Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities. Required Technical/Professional Skills: Worked extensively in Integrated IT Infra landscape Management, Monitoring & Implementation Strong understanding of systems, networking, development tools, Integrations Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (servers, networking, databases), and cloud platforms & application development Experience in Linux/Unix/Windows Administration, AD Experience in network/firewall/load balancer design and implementation.( LDAP, TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS, APIs) Experience with service management methodologies and tools like ServiceNow. Excellent problem solving, communication & Interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, build relationship & collaborate with diverse teams Highly organized, analytical, and procedural with creative and strategic thinking. Adept at managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines Passionate about solution development and automation, actively seeking opportunities to develop tools that streamline and simplify development and delivery processes.
