Onsite Service Engineer

As an Onsite Service Engineer in Zaheerabad, your role involves providing service and technical support to assigned customers. Your responsibilities include: - Looking into the day-to-day functions of service-related jobs and resolving issues for specified customers - Executing the service plan effectively by coordinating with the Service Team leader - Providing service to customers, conducting root cause analysis, and giving presentations to improve product life cycle - Handling customer complaints and ensuring proper logging into the database - Ensuring target response times and providing customer training for better product uptime - Coordinating with the service sales team and guiding service technicians effectively - Managing key accounts directly, arranging customer presentations, and analyzing problems for timely solutions - Ensuring Safety, Health, and Environment compliance at the on-site workshop - Providing support to aftermarket sales team for lead generations - Administering various service processes with regard to IMS - Demonstrating on-site knowledge of various tools and accessories - Preparing KPIs, monitoring TMSS and TMC, and booking spirit hours within target time - Getting feedback from customers as expected and above Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in networking and communications - Experience in PLC handling - B.E (ECE & EEE) with 3-4 years experience in Maintenance or Assembly Tools Service - Diploma in Electrical with 4 years experience in Maintenance or Assembly Tools Service - Good communication skills in Local and English language The ideal candidate for this position will be collaborative, open-minded, resourceful, and entrepreneurial.
