You will be responsible for conducting Mechanical/Electrical maintenance activities in CNC machines. It is essential to follow the established procedures of the workplace to ensure operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be to safeguard the well-being of personnel and machinery. Your duties will include inspecting various points as outlined in the maintenance check sheet for machines, Genset, Compressor, Stabilizer, etc on a daily basis. Additionally, it will be your responsibility to monitor and maintain the coolant level and condition, as well as the machine alarm history. All breakdowns must be diligently recorded in the Breakdown register for further analysis. Your active participation in the analysis of breakdowns is crucial for identifying and addressing underlying issues. Daily maintenance of electrical readings and addressing recorded abnormalities are key aspects of this role. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of machine mechanics and electrical systems. Experience in PLC handling will be advantageous for this position.,
