Responsibilities:

· Identify and bid on potential projects across freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer and others

· Write custom proposals and respond to client inquiries.

· Maintain client communication and follow-ups.

· Coordinate with technical teams to gather project requirements.

· Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.

· Meet or exceed monthly targets for leads and conversions.

Requirements:

 Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
 Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc. Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
