Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who understands online tender processes , especially on the GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portal . Key Responsibilities: Daily review of tenders on GEM and other relevant portals Coordinate with internal teams to gather best possible pricing and product details Upload bids, manage documentation, and respond to tenders within set deadlines Ensure timely follow-ups and compliance with tender requirements Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in handling online tenders (especially GEM) Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and online portals Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines efficiently Show more Show less
