Position Overview:
Doctor Rekha Ayurveda is seeking an Online Ayurveda Doctor for our hospital. This role involves conducting virtual consultations, providing medical care to patients, diagnosing their illnesses and prescribing treatments based on Ayurvedic principles, educating patients and maintaining accurate medical records. Female candidates preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

● Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess their health concerns, medical

history, and lifestyle factors.

● Utilize Ayurvedic principles to diagnose health conditions and develop tailored

treatment plans.

● Prescribe herbal remedies, dietary recommendations, lifestyle modifications, and

therapeutic practices to address patients' health issues.

● Educate patients about Ayurvedic concepts, preventive healthcare measures, and holistic wellness practices.

● Provide ongoing support and follow-up consultations to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

● Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nutritionists and yoga

therapists, to offer comprehensive holistic care to patients.

● Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of patient consultations,

assessments, and treatment plans.

● Stay updated on the latest developments in Ayurvedic medicine and integrative

healthcare approaches through continuous learning and professional development

activities.

● Adhere to ethical standards, legal regulations, and best practices in telemedicine and

virtual healthcare delivery.

● Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and effective communication skills in interactions with patients to ensure a positive and supportive healthcare experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as an Ayurveda Doctor, preferably with experience in online consultation platforms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Valid license or certification to practice Ayurvedic medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Profound knowledge and understanding of Ayurvedic principles, diagnostics, and treatment modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients in virtual settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess patients' health conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms, digital health technologies, and electronic medical records systems.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care, promoting wellness, and empowering patients to take charge of their health.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing healthcare trends, technological advancements, and patient needs in the virtual healthcare landscape.
