One-to-One (OTO) teaching team

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 live online sessions through Vedantu’s platform.
• Deliver customized, engaging lessons tailored to each student’s learning needs.
• Maintain regular communication and provide timely feedback to students.
• Foster a supportive and interactive virtual learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods based on individual student learning styles and goals.
• Participate in training sessions, demo practices, and feedback evaluations.
• Maintain session logs and track student progress effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (B.Ed preferred).
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring (online/offline) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills in

  English and/or Hindi

• Comfortable using digital tools and online teaching platforms.
• Must have a

  laptop/desktop

  with a reliable internet connection, camera, and audio setup.
• Willing to teach students from different boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards) and grade levels.
