Vedantu is seeking passionate and committed educators to join the One-to-One (OTO) teaching team as Freelance/Part-time Teachers. As a teacher in this role, you will be responsible for conducting personalized online classes for students across various grades and educational boards. Your primary objective will be to ensure deep conceptual understanding and academic success among your students. Your key responsibilities will include conducting 1:1 live online sessions through Vedantu's platform, delivering customized and engaging lessons that cater to each student's learning needs, maintaining regular communication, and providing timely feedback to students. Additionally, you will be expected to create a supportive and interactive virtual learning environment, adapt teaching methods based on individual student learning styles and goals, participate in training sessions, demo practices, and feedback evaluations, as well as maintain session logs and track student progress effectively. To be eligible for this role, you should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (B.Ed preferred). While prior experience in teaching or tutoring (online/offline) is preferred, it is not mandatory. Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi are essential requirements. Moreover, you should be comfortable using digital tools and online teaching platforms. You must have a laptop/desktop with a reliable internet connection, camera, and audio setup. Additionally, you should be willing to teach students from different boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards) and grade levels. This position is offered as a Freelance/Part-time role with flexible working hours, allowing you to choose your preferred teaching slots based on your availability. It is a fully remote position, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home. Your compensation will be based on the number of sessions conducted, with performance-based incentives and additional bonuses available to reward your efforts and achievements.,
