As we continue to expand our digital footprint and strengthen online customer engagement, we are seeking an Online Sales professional to manage and drive sales across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, website, social media, and other digital channels.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, technical specifications, and availability to prospective customers.
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication, follow-up, and negotiation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to oversee order processing, dispatch timelines, and customer updates.
• Maintain organized documentation of leads, conversions, order status, and customer interactions.
• Support online promotional campaigns, offers, and product launch initiatives.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure strong post-sales support.
• Track online sales performance metrics and prepare structured reports for management review.

Experience & Compensation:

• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in online sales or tele-sales will be considered for a salary range of ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
• Candidates with over 2 years of experience in online or tele-sales, with proven conversion capability, will be considered for a salary range of ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-handling and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to manage high volumes of inquiries and multitask effectively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM/lead management tools.

Preferred:

Experience in the automotive, tyres, or alloy wheels industry.

Understanding of online marketplace operations or social commerce platforms.

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, digital sales tools, or CRM systems.
