Job Description

As an Online Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our team, playing a pivotal role in driving online sales and managing digital sales channels. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing online sales strategies to achieve business goals, managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, and identifying new sales opportunities and customer segments. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize conversion rates and collaborate on running online campaigns and promotions. Maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies, as well as train and lead the online sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. This is a full-time position that requires working in person to ensure seamless coordination with the team and achieve our online sales objectives.,
