Online Sales Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Online Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is a permanent, office-based rolewhere you will handle customer enquiries and leads primarily through phone calls and WhatsApp. Your goal will be to assist customers in finding the best outfits, guide them through customization options, and successfully close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage customer enquiries via phone and WhatsApp
• Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and customization needs
• Convert enquiries into confirmed sales by building trust and providing exceptional assistance
• Maintain follow-ups with potential customers to ensure high conversion rates
• Be consistently available on phone during working hours for quick responses

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English & other languages preferred)
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or tele-calling will be an added advantage
• Ability to understand customer needs and suggest the right products/customizations
• Must be comfortable with phone-based and WhatsApp-based communication
• Passionate, proactive, and committed to achieving sales targets
