responding to emails and customer enquiries in social media platforms like WhatsApp , Instagram and daily reporting's ( its not a tele calling sales system , just respond the customer enquiries and follow-up, the job structure is 95% will be through chatting with customers and rest 5% will be calls including English and hindi languages

prior to good customer relationship handling capability ( online only)
