Online Sales Assistant

We are looking for an Online Sales Assistant to actively manage our presence on IndiaMART and help us generate more business through digital inquiries. The ideal candidate should be smart, confident, and proactive in handling leads, communicating with clients, and following up to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor our IndiaMART portal throughout the day
• Respond promptly to inquiries and share relevant information
• Filter quality leads from daily traffic and share them with the internal team
• Reach out to interested businesses via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Share company catalogue, website, and product details with potential clients
• Create and send professional quotations using Excel or PDF
• Take regular follow-ups after sharing prices or quotations
• Ask for feedback and update records accordingly
• Coordinate with internal team to finalize pricing before sending offers
• Maintain a clean database of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals

Tools & Training:

• A complete IndiaMART demo/training session will be arranged after hiring
• You’ll be expected to work comfortably on systems (Excel, Gmail, PDFs, etc.)

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Confident in cold calling and customer follow-ups and should be well spoken
• Basic quotation-making skills (Excel or similar tools)
• Comfortable using computer systems and handling multiple leads
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn about the electrical products we trade in

Work Mode:

• Offline in our office on IndiaMart Portal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
