As a Franchise Sales and Development Manager (FSDM) at our company, your role will involve overseeing various aspects related to franchise partners on Petpooja, Swiggy, Zomato, and local platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing onboarding, documentation, training, and integration for franchise partners on various food aggregator platforms. - Developing strategies aimed at boosting franchise sales and resolving operational concerns. - Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and revenue. - Analyzing franchisee performance and implementing action plans to improve low sales. - Leading a team of junior FSDM executives and ensuring efficient task execution. - Acting as the primary point of contact for franchise owners, addressing all sales and technical concerns.
