As a candidate for the position, you should possess a range of skills such as Teaching, Mathematics, Chemistry, Communication, Online Instruction, Subject Matter Expertise, Adaptability, and Time Management. Fluency in English is a requirement for this role, along with prior experience in online teaching. You should be able to conduct highly energetic and engaging online sessions, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in Edtech platforms like BYJUs, Vedantu, Xylem, etc. Currently, there are openings for teaching English (Grade 1-5th), Maths (Grade 1-5th), and Chemistry (Grade 6-10th). Candidates teaching higher grades can also apply, provided they are comfortable teaching junior grades as well. To be considered for this position, you should have at least 1 year of proven experience in teaching or a relevant educational role. You must have strong expertise in Mathematics, Chemistry, or English and be able to simplify complex topics for better understanding. Proficiency in delivering online instruction using digital tools is essential, as well as excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students. Strong teaching abilities and subject matter expertise are mandatory, along with adaptability to cater to diverse student needs and efficient time management. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging online classes in Mathematics, Chemistry, and English to junior-level students. You will need to implement innovative teaching methods, monitor student progress, provide feedback for improvement, and create educational content like lesson plans and supplementary materials.
