You will be joining as a Maths Faculty in Bangalore, responsible for delivering high-quality live teaching to students using the platform. Your role as a Master Teacher will involve lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training. Candidates with prior pedagogy experience are encouraged to apply, and academic achievements in entrance exams, quizzes, and competitions will be advantageous. Experience in conducting live online sessions will also be beneficial. The ideal candidate should have fluency in English and effective communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with prior online teaching experience. This full-time, permanent role in E-Learning/EdTech industry requires you to work from the office in Bengaluru, with work timings from 12 noon to 9 pm, Monday to Saturday. The start date for this position is immediate, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience is required. Your qualifications and skills should include effective communication, pedagogical skills, fluency in English, and subject matter expertise in Maths. You will be responsible for developing and delivering well-structured lesson plans, assessing students" progress, providing individualized support, maintaining a conducive learning environment, staying updated with teaching methodologies, participating in curriculum development, collaborating with colleagues, and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and the community.,
