Job Title: Remote Chess Teacher (Early Morning Shift)

Location: Fully Remote

Shift: Early Morning (typically 2:30 AM to 8:30 AM IST, aligned to US time zones for optimal student availability)

Compensation:

₹300–₹500 per hour, depending on experience and chess rating

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and structured chess lessons to children and teens (ages 5–15) during early morning IST hours

Develop and execute curriculum-based sessions covering tactics, strategy, openings, and endgames

Analyze game play, track progress, and provide individualized feedback

Conduct demo sessions to attract new learners and assist in converting them to ongoing students

Communicate regularly with students/parents and maintain attendance/session records

Qualifications:

Strong chess proficiency; FIDE rating of 1500+ or equivalent online rating preferred

Prior experience in online chess coaching or tutoring

Excellent command of English

Reliable high-speed internet, functional laptop/PC, webcam, and microphone

Patient, engaging teaching style tailored to children’s learning needs
