Candidate must hold at least Graduation degree (B.Tech / BCA - Preferred)
Identify and bid on potential projects across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
Write customized, high-quality proposals that address client requirements.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on submitted proposals.
Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate estimations and project planning.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track and report bidding success rate and conversion ratios.
Research and analyze market trends and client needs to identify new opportunities.
Maintain client data and communication history using CRM tools.
